Yukina had been musing over this decision for a long time now. She had known for so long that Hiei was her twin brother, but he never told her. She didn't understand his reasons, but she had always respected his choices enough to not press it and just go on pretending she didn't know. She had always been fine with it...until she wasn't.
Her relationship with Kazuma had changed everything. It was progressing smoothly, and Yukina knew Kazuma had no clue what the relation really was between her and Hiei. In fact, sometimes Yukina even feared that the brotherly protectiveness and attention she got from Hiei would be mistaken by her boyfriend as romantic interest. She longed to tell Kazuma the truth, but before that, she would have to tell Hiei the truth: the truth that she knew. And not only that, but Kazuma and Hiei were the only ones who didn't know that Yukina knew. It was getting ridiculous, and Yukina just didn't want there to be any more secrets.
So that was why she summoned Hiei to where she was living in Genkai's temple, after Mukuro gave him permission to spend time in Ningenkai. She was nervous, waiting for him to show up, deciding how to tell him the truth, wondering if she even should tell him, but it was too late now.
